Vonage to draw under credit facility to help fund Telesphere purchase

Norfolk, Va., Nov. 5 – Vonage Holdings Corp. plans to use borrowings under its existing $125 million credit facility to help fund its acquisition of Telesphere Networks Ltd., according to a press release.

Vonage provides communication services through broadband devices and is based in Holmdel, N.J. Telesphere is a Phoenix-based provider of VoIP solutions.
