Nara Cable Funding to redeem all 8 7/8% senior secured notes due 2018

Norfolk, Va., Oct. 29 – Nara Cable Funding Ltd. plans to redeem its 8 7/8% senior secured notes due 2018 in full, according to a press release.

The notes will be redeemed at 104.438 plus accrued interest up to, but excluding, the redemption date of Dec. 1.

The company will redeem €792,150,741.82 from the euro tranche plus €33,657,949.38 of accrued interest for a total redemption price of €825,808,691.20. It will also redeem $855,112,234.50 from the dollar tranche plus $36,333,140.63 for a total redemption price of $891,445,375.13.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee, security agent, transfer agent and paying agent, and the Bank of New York Mellon (Luxembourg) SA is the Luxembourg paying and transfer agent and registrar.

Nara Cable Funding is a Dublin, Ireland-based subsidiary of Cableuropa SAU, a provider of broadband internet, pay television and fixed telephony services.
