Spie BondCo rescinds redemption notice for all 11% notes due 2019

Norfolk, Va., Oct. 9 – Spie BondCo 3 SCA rescinded its call for all 11% senior notes due 2019, according to a notice.

The notes were scheduled to be redeemed on Oct. 13.

Wilmington Trust, NA is the trustee. Citibank NA, London Branch is the paying agent and registrar.

Spie is a Paris-based engineering services provider.
