Memorial Production to repay revolving credit facility via unit proceeds

Norfolk, Va., Sept. 3 – Memorial Production Partners LP plans to repay a portion of the outstanding borrowings under its revolving credit facility with the proceeds from a common unit offering, according to a press release.

Memorial Production is a Houston-based upstream master limited partnership focused on oil and gas development.
