Roadrunner to draw under credit facility to fund Active Aero purchase

Norfolk, Va., Aug. 11 – Roadrunner Transportation Systems, Inc. will use borrowings under its credit facility to fund the purchase of Active Aero Group, according to a press release.

Roadrunner is an asset-light transportation and logistics service provider based in Cudahy, Wis.
