Mediacom calls remaining $350 million of 9 1/8% senior notes due 2019

Norfolk, Va., July 16 – Mediacom LLC and Mediacom Capital Corp. called the remaining $350 million outstanding under their 9 1/8% senior notes due 2019, according to a press release.

The notes will be redeemed at $1,045.63 for each $1,000 principal amount on Aug. 15.

The Aug. 15 interest payment will be made in the usual manner.

Law Debenture Trust Co. of New York is the paying agent.

Mediacom is a Middletown. N.Y.-based cable operator.
