Memorial Production to repay revolver debt with note proceeds

New York, July 14 – Memorial Production Partners LP plans on repaying debt under its revolving credit facility using proceeds from a $500 million senior notes offering, according to a market source.

Remaining proceeds will be used for general partnership purposes.

Memorial Production is a Houston-based energy partnership.
