Ithaca Energy to pay down reserves-based facility with note proceeds

New York, June 23 – Ithaca Energy Inc. plans on partially repaying its senior secured reserves-based lending facility using proceeds from a $300 million senior notes offering, according to a market source.

Ithaca Energy is an Aberdeen, Scotland-based oil and gas exploration, development and production company.
