Dignity seeks waiver from holders of 6.31% class A notes due 2023

New York, June 18 – Dignity Finance plc said it will hold a meeting to seek approval of a waiver from holders of its £254.45 million of class A secured 6.31% notes due 2023.
According to a press release, if passed, the extraordinary resolution would waive certain technical defaults arising out of a technical drafting error in clause 18.7.2 of the issuer/borrower loan agreement.
Dignity plc is a Sutton Coalfield, England-based holding company. The company, along with its subsidiaries, provides funeral services, including funeral directing, crematoria operation and the marketing and administration of pre-arranged funeral plans.
