Cenveo to refinance term loan facility with notes offering proceeds

Norfolk, Va., June 17 – Cenveo, Inc. plans to refinance its existing term loan facility with the proceeds from a new secured notes offering, according to a press release.

The company will also redeem its 8 7/8% second-lien notes due 2018 and pay certain related costs and expenses.

Cenveo is a Stamford, Conn.-based manager and distributor of print and related products and services.
