Oregon Health Housing calls $70 million of Peacehealth revenue bonds

Norfolk, Va., Feb. 10 - The State of Oregon Health Housing Educational and Cultural Facilities Authority called $70 million of its series 2001 revenue bonds issued for Peacehealth, according to a notice.
The following will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on March 25:
• $2.3 million of 5.25% bonds due Nov. 15, 2017;
• $1.6 million of 5.25% bonds due Nov. 15, 2018;
• $2.6 million of 5.25% bonds due Nov. 15, 2019;
• $5.7 million of 5.25% bonds due Nov. 15, 2021;
• $17.4 million of 5% bonds due Nov. 15, 2026; and
• $40.4 million of 5% bonds due Nov. 15, 2032.
Wells Fargo Bank NA is the agent.
