Orange County (Ladera Ranch), Calif., calls $70.75 million of bonds

Minneapolis, Jan. 16 - The Community Facilities District No. 2004-1 of the County of Orange (Ladera Ranch), Calif., plans to redeem $70,745,000 of its series A of 2005 special tax bonds, according to a notice.
The following will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Feb. 15:
• $1,135,000 of 4.25% bonds due Aug. 15, 2014;
• $1,275,000 of 4.35% bonds due Aug. 15, 2015;
• $1,425,000 of 4.5% bonds due Aug. 15, 2015;
• $1.59 million of 4.6% bonds due Aug. 15, 2016;
• $1,765,000 of 4.7% bonds due Aug. 15, 2018;
• $1,945,000 of 4.8% bonds due Aug. 15, 2019;
• $2,145,000 of 4.85% bonds due Aug. 15, 2020;
• $2,355,000 of 4.875% bonds due Aug. 15, 2021;
• $11,805,000 of 5% bonds due Aug. 15, 2025;
• $16,405,000 of 5.15% bonds due Aug. 15, 2029; and
• $28.9 million of 5.2% bonds due Aug. 15, 2034.
