Tekni-Plex calls $97 million of 9¾% senior secured notes due 2019

Minneapolis, April 18 - Tekni-Plex, Inc. called $97 million of its 9¾% senior secured notes due June 1, 2019, according to two redemption notices.

The company will redeem $48.5 million of the notes on May 17 and then another $48.5 million on May 28.

The notes will be redeemed at 103 plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

Tekni-Plex is a King of Prussia, Pa.-based manufacturer of packaging products primarily for the health care, food and consumer industries.
