Noranda to redeem all $275.3 million of senior floaters via offering

Minneapolis, March 8 - Noranda Aluminum Holding Corp. plans to redeem all $275.4 million of its outstanding senior floating-rate notes due 2015 with the proceeds of a new offering, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed on April 7.

Noranda is a Franklin, Tenn.-based producer of value-added primary aluminum products and rolled aluminum coils.
