Oregon administration defeases $197.06 million of five series of COPs

Minneapolis, Feb. 21 - The State of Oregon Department of Administrative Services defeased five series of its certificates of participation, according to multiple notices.

The following COPs were defeased and will be redeemed at par:

• $24.68 million of series 2004B COPs, to be redeemed on May 1, 2014;

• $28,575,000 of series 2005A COPs, to be redeemed on May 1, 2015;

• $48,965,000 of series 2005B COPs, to be redeemed on Nov. 1, 2015;

• $55,615,000 of series 2006A COPs, to be redeemed on Nov. 1, 2016; and

• $39.22 million of series 2007A COPs, to be redeemed on May 1, 2017.
