CompuCredit holders put back $83.49 million of 3.625% convertibles

Kansas City, Kan., May 31 - CompuCredit Holdings Corp. said the holders of its 3.625% convertible senior notes due 2025 tendered $83,493,000 of the notes by the put option deadline, 5 p.m. ET Wednesday.
The surrendered notes were repurchased at par plus accrued interest to the repurchase date.
The company said $450,000 of the notes remain outstanding.
CompuCredit is an Atlanta-based specialty finance company and marketer of branded credit cards and related financial services.
