Argentina's Autopistas del Sol to buy back some step-up notes due 2020

Kansas City, Kan., April 2 - Autopistas del Sol SA will redeem a portion of its $155,659,390 of step-up notes due 2020 on May 2, according to a notice.

The company will redeem the equivalent of Argentine ARS 3,820,488 in U.S. dollars, after deducting accrued interest to April 30.

U.S. Bank NA is the agent.

Autopistas del Sol is a Buenos Aires-based transportation company.
