Sylph announces repurchase of ¥150 million of notes from three issues

Kansas City, Kan., Feb. 21 - Sylph Ltd. said it repurchased a total of ¥150 million of its notes on Feb. 17.

The company repurchased ¥50 million of notes (ISIN: XS0611920934), leaving ¥1.5 billion outstanding; ¥50 million of notes (ISIN: XS0597573772), leaving ¥2.3 billion outstanding; and ¥50 million of notes (ISIN: XS0605474831), leaving ¥2.4 billion outstanding.
