Midday Commentary: Spreads leak wider amid 'risk-off' market tone; packed primary continues
By Aleesia Forni
Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 28 - Spreads in the secondary market were edging "slightly wider" as the morning wore on during Wednesday's session, one trader said.
The trader continued that the tone of the overall market was "risk-off."
The primary is expected to see more volume hit the market on Wednesday, as corporate bond issuance is heading for a record-setting November.
Another market source said that current issuance this month has topped $100 billion.
