Argentina's Autopistas del Sol buys back, cancels 2020 and 2017 notes

Pittsburgh, April 25 - Autopistas del Sol SA bought back $781,042 of its step-up notes due 2020 and 388,152 Argentinean pesos of its notes due 2017, according to a company news release.

The 2020 notes were repurchased at a price of 76.5% of par and the 2017 notes at a price of 434.32 pesos per $100 of notes.

The notes were subsequently canceled.

Autopistas del Sol is a Buenos Aires-based transportation company.
