India's Pioneer Embroideries buys back $2 million of its convertibles

Knoxville, Tenn., June 30 - Pioneer Embroideries Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it bought back and extinguished $2 million of its foreign currency convertible bonds.
Following this, $11 million of the convertibles remains outstanding.
Pioneer Embroideries is based in Bangalore, India, and manufactures embroidered laces.
