Fannie Mae to redeem $460.09 million medium-term notes at par

Cleveland, Dec. 10 - Fannie Mae announced that it will redeem $460.094 million of its medium-term notes.
Fannie Mae said in a news release that the redemption price will be the principal amount plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.
Affected are the following securities:
• $5.094 million of 5.2% notes due Dec. 21, 2022, to be redeemed Dec. 21;
• $25 million of 1.71% notes due March 21, 2013, to be redeemed Dec. 21;
• $70 million of 1% notes due June 21, 2013, to be redeemed Dec. 21;
• $250 million of 5.987% notes June 21, 2027, to be redeemed Dec. 21;
• $10 million of 4% notes due Dec. 22, 2014, to be redeemed Dec. 22;
• $50 million of 4.1% notes due Dec. 22, 2014, to be redeemed Dec. 22; and
• $50 million of 1% notes due June 22, 2015, to be redeemed Dec. 22.
