CBIZ redeems $60 million of 3.125% convertible notes in third quarter

Madison, Wis., Oct. 28 - CBIZ, Inc. said it redeemed $60 million of its 3.125% convertible notes in the third quarter ended Sept. 30.

The notes were redeemed with proceeds from a $130 million senior subordinated convertible notes issuance.

CBIZ is a Cleveland-based business services provider.
