Pittsburgh, June 29 - Autopistas del Sol SA has extended the modified Dutch auction tender offer for its $155 million of notes due 2017 to 5 p.m. ET on July 2 from June 26, according to a company news release.

The company also extended the deadline for withdrawal of tenders to June 30, according to the release.

As previously reported, the company will spend up to $5 million plus accrued interest in the offer. Autopistas del Sol said it had received offers for $472,000 of notes as of June 26.

Tenders will be accepted moving upward from that starting price until Autopistas del Sol has reached the $5 million amount it intends to spend. All holders whose bonds are purchased will receive the same price.
