Suzlon Energy seeks consents to amend bonds, calls meeting of holders

Tacoma, Wash., June 3 - Suzlon Energy Ltd. is asking the holders of its $121,368,000 outstanding principal amount of bonds to consent to some amendments to the trust deed, terms and conditions of the bonds.
A meeting of bondholders is expected to be held June 25, according to a company notice filed with the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Ahmedabad, India-based Suzlon Energy is a wind power company.
