(PSALM): Up $600 million of dollar-denominated guaranteed global bonds due 2024 (Ba3//) for cash; part of exchange offer for existing debt; Development Bank of the Philippines, Morgan Stanley & Co. International and UBS AG (joint books); spread, coupon and principal amount for the new bonds to be announced on Nov. 23; also up to $600 million of global bonds due 2024 to be issued in exchange; proceeds from the cash sale will be used for general corporate purposes, including servicing payments as part of contracts with independent power producers; Manila, Philippines-based government-run power company.
