Great-West Federated Bond Fund adds Ihab Salib as portfolio manager

San Luis Obispo, Calif., May 30 - Great-West Funds, Inc. announced in a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that Ihab Salib has replaced Roberto Sanchez-Dahl as one of the portfolio managers of the Great-West Federated Bond Fund. He joins existing portfolio managers Robert J. Ostrowski, Christopher J. Smith and Mark E. Durbiano in managing the fund.

Salib, who manages the emerging markets portion of the fund, is a senior vice president and senior portfolio manager at Federated Investment Management Co., the fund's subadviser. He is also head of the subadviser's International Fixed Income Group.

The fund seeks to provide total return, consisting of appreciation of and income from portfolio holdings, by investing primarily in a diversified portfolio of investment-grade fixed-income securities.

Greenwood Village, Colo.-based Great-West Capital Management, LLC is the investment adviser to the fund.
