Missouri authority calls AmerenUE bonds due 2035

Des Moines, April 16 - The State Environmental Improvement and Energy Resources Authority, Mo., said that it will redeem at par its outstanding environmental improvement revenue refunding bonds (AmerenUE project), including $63 million of series 2000B and $60 million of series 2000C.

The redemption dates are April 30 for series 2000B and May 5 for series 2000C.

Both series are dated March 9, 2000 and due March 1, 2035.

Redemption is conditioned on the receipt of sufficient funds by Deutsch Bank Trust Co. Americas, the paying agent.

UMB Bank, NA is the trustee.
