Wabash retires remaining 3.25% convertibles

Tacoma, Wash., Oct. 30 - Wabash National Corp. purchased and retired the remaining $26.4 million principal amount of its 3.25% senior convertible notes due Aug. 1, 2008 during the third quarter.
The company reported the purchase in its 10-Q report for the third quarter, which was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission Thursday.
On April 29, 2008, the company said it retired $58.7 million of the convertibles in the first quarter of 2008 and an additional $19.4 million of the convertibles in April.
Wabash is a truck trailer manufacturer based in Lafayette, Ind.
