Dayton Superior seeks consents to amend 13% notes

Des Moines, Nov. 10 - Dayton Superior Corp. launched a solicitation of consents from holders of its $154.729 million outstanding principal amount of 13% senior subordinated notes due 2009.
The company is seeking to amend the indenture to revise the calculation of the amount of indebtedness the company may incur under its credit facilities.
The proposed amendment requires consent from holders of a majority of the notes to take effect.
Dayton will pay a consent fee of $3.75 for each $1,000 principal amount of notes for which consents are submitted.
The solicitation will end at 5 p.m. ET on Nov. 28.
