Moody's: Great Lakes Dredge unaffected

Moody's Investors Service said Great Lakes Dredge and Dock Inc.'s B2 corporate family rating is unaffected by the company's executive management changes, but rising emphasis on growth could pose risk to the rating.

The outlook is stable.
