Taiwan's CyberTan buys back $20 million convertibles

New York, Dec. 8 - CyberTan Technology, Inc. said it bought back $20 million of its euro convertible bonds at par.

Following the repurchase, the company has $45.45 million of the securities outstanding.

CyberTan, a Hsinchu, Taiwan, maker of home networking equipment, previously said on Oct. 31 that it bought back $1 million of the convertibles, on Oct. 12 that it bought back $1.05 million, on Sept. 27 that it bought back $6 million, on Sept. 14 that it bought back $3 million, on Sept. 6 that it bought back $8 million and on Aug. 24 that it bought back $15 million.
