Dobson buys back $46.1 million 12¼% preferreds
New York, Dec. 24 - Dobson Communications Corp. said it has signed an agreement to buy back $46.1 million liquidation preference of its 12¼% senior exchangeable preferred stock.
The Oklahoma City wireless phone company will pay $48.9 million for the securities.
Dobson said it expects to close the private transaction by the end of the year.
