S&P: Grapevine on watch
Standard & Poor’s said it placed the A rating on Grapevine Finance LLC’s $72.35 million 6.712% notes on CreditWatch with negative implications.
The rating on the notes is dependent on the rating on the guarantor, Cigna Corp., S&P said.
The negative watch reflects the June 21 placement of the A rating on Cigna on CreditWatch with negative implications, S&P said.
