DBRS rates Granite notes BBB(high)

DBRS said it assigned a BBB (high) rating to Granite REIT Holdings LP’s C$400 million of 6.074% series 7 senior unsecured debentures due April 12, 2029.

The rating is based on an already-outstanding series of senior unsecured debentures, the agency said.

Granite plans to use the proceeds for eligible green projects.

The trend is stable.
