Fitch affirms, withdraws Grainger

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed Grainger plc's long-term issuer default rating at BB+ with a stable outlook and senior secured notes at BBB-.

At the same time, the agency withdrew Grainger's ratings for commercial reasons, and will no longer provide ratings or analytical coverage for the company.
