Graham Packaging to kick off short roadshow for $100 million add-on Monday

St. Louis, May 15 - A brief roadshow is set to begin Monday for Graham Packaging's $100 million add-on to its 8¾% senior subordinated notes due Jan. 15, 2008, according to a syndicate source.

The deal will price Wednesday or Thursday, the source added.

Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Citigroup are joint bookrunners for the Rule 144A deal.

The notes are currently callable at 104.375, and will be callable on Jan. 15, 2004 at 102.917, one year later at 101.458, and at par on Jan. 15, 2006 and thereafter.

Proceeds will be used to repay the term loan.

The issuer is plastic packaging company based in York, Pa.
