Moody’s could drop GrafTech

Moody's Investors Service said it placed the long-term ratings of GrafTech International Ltd. on review for downgrade, including the Ba3 corporate family rating, Ba3-PD probability of default rating, Ba2 senior secured bank credit facilities and B1 senior unsecured notes.

The review follows the company's weak first quarter earnings results, lowered expectations for the remainder of 2015 and two letters of intent signed with Brookfield Asset Management, Inc., Moody’s said.
