GrafTech reduces revolving credit facility to $400 million

By Marisa Wong

Madison, Wis., Nov. 25 – GrafTech International Ltd. completed an amendment on Nov. 19 to its amended and restated credit agreement dated April 23, 2014 with JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA as administrative agent, collateral agent, issuing bank and swingline lender, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The amendment reduces the maximum principal amount of the revolving credit facility to $400 million from $470 million.

The amendment also modifies the definition of EBITDA to exclude some restructuring costs, increasing availability of borrowings in accordance with that definition.

GrafTech is a Parma, Ohio-based manufacturer of graphite electrodes and needle coke.
