Moody's: GrafTech unchanged

Moody's Investors Service said GrafTech International Ltd.'s Ba2 corporate family rating and positive outlook have not changed with GrafTech's announcement that it entered into agreements to acquire the remaining 89.1% interest in Seadrift Coke LP that it does not already own and a 100% interest in C/G Electrodes LLC for an aggregate purchase price of $692 million.
