New Issue: Turkey’s Alternatifbank prices $300 million 8¾% notes due 2026 to yield 9%

Atlanta, April 12 – Alternatifbank AS priced a $300 million issue of 8¾% notes due in 2026 to yield 9% on Tuesday, a market source said.

The notes were initially talked at 10%, then revised to the area of 9% to 9¼%.

BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup and Commerzbank were the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.

Other details were not immediately available on Tuesday.

The lender is based in Istanbul.
