Atlanta, July 16 – Turkey’s Alternatifbank AS sold $250 million 3 1/8% five-year notes at 99.477 to yield 3.239%, or mid-swaps plus 143 basis points, a market source said.
The notes were priced tighter than talk, which was mid-swaps plus 160 bps to 170 bps
BofA Merrill Lynch and Commerzbank were the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.
The lender is based in Istanbul.
