Turkey’s Alternatifbank talks $250 million five-year notes at mid-swaps plus 160 bps-170 bps

Atlanta, July 16 – Turkey’s Alternatifbank AS set talk at mid-swaps plus 160 basis points to 170 bps for its $250 million offering of notes due in five years, a market source said.

BofA Merrill Lynch and Commerzbank are the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.

The lender is based in Istanbul.
