Brazil's GP Investments to start roadshow Jan. 10 for $150 million perpetual notes

St. Louis, Jan. 3 - Brazilian private equity firm GP Investments, Ltd. will begin a roadshow on Jan. 10 for its $150 million offering of perpetual notes (B+), according to a market source.
The roadshow continues on Jan. 11 in Hong Kong, Jan. 12 in London and Jan. 15 in Switzerland.
Pricing is expected during the week of Jan. 15.
Credit Suisse has the books for the Rule 144A and Regulation S offering.
The notes will come with five years of call protection.
The notes will be secured by a first-priority pledge representing 100% of GP Private Equity issued and outstanding shares.
The Sao Paulo, Brazil-based issuer pledges to fund an 18-month interest reserve account.
