Argentina's GPAT to issue ARS 50 million of one-year series V notes

Pittsburgh, Jan. 4 - GPAT Compania Financiera SA plans to issue up to ARS 50 million of series V 365-day notes under its $400 million global notes program, according to a news release.

The issuance amount can be increased to ARS 100 million.

The minimum subscription amount is ARS 400,000, and the notes will be sold in ARS 1.00 increments after that.

Proceeds of the issuance will be used to make loans.

The notes have been rated raA-1+ by Standard & Poor's International Ratings, LLC and Aa1.ar by Moody's Latin America Calificadora de Riesgo SA.

Banco Patagonia SA is the agent.

GPAT is a Buenos Aires-based banking company.
