Fitch rates Abanka Vipa hybrid BB+

Fitch Ratings said it assigned Abanka Vipa dd's upcoming hybrid issue an expected long-term BB+ rating.

The Slovenia-based bank has an issuer default rating of BBB with a negative outlook, short-term rating of F3, individual rating of C and support rating of 3. The rating of the hybrid issue reflects Fitch's standard methodology of two notches for entities rated in the BBB range, the agency said.
