Anchor Government and Quality Bond Portfolio adds Goldman as manager

San Diego, Jan. 3 - Anchors Series Trust announced in a 497K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that it has added Glen M. Goldman as a portfolio manager to the Government and Quality Bond Portfolio.

Goldman joins John C. Keogh, who has managed the portfolio since 1994. Both are employees of Wellington Management Co., LLP, the fund's subadviser.

Goldman, a vice president and fixed-income portfolio manager at Wellington, joined the firm as an investment professional in 2007. From 2004 to 2007, he was the primary 30-year agency pass-through trader at Morgan Stanley.

The fund's investment adviser is Jersey City-based SunAmerica Asset Management Corp.
