FMR says it has 10.728% equity stake in Goodyear Tire

Philadelphia, Dec. 10 - FMR LLC reported an investment of 10.728% in Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. as of Dec. 9, according to an SC 13G filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The holdings represent a passive stake of 25,884,689 shares.

Goodyear is an Akron, Ohio-based tire manufacturer.
