Goodyear Dunlop starts roadshow for €250 million eight-year notes

Portland, Ore., April 13 - Goodyear Dunlop Tires Europe BV began a roadshow on Wednesday for a €250 million offering of eight-year senior notes, according to an informed source.

The roadshow wraps up on Friday.

JPMorgan, BNP Paribas and Credit Agricole CIB are the joint bookrunners.

HSBC, Natixis Bleichroeder and UniCredit are the co-managers.

The notes come with four years of call protection.

The Diegem, Belgium-based tire manufacturer plans to use the proceeds to refinance bank debt.
