Goodrich Petroleum files automatic shelf registration

Knoxville, Tenn., June 2 - Goodrich Petroleum Corp. filed an automatic shelf registration in an S-3-ASR filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The registration covers senior debt securities, subordinated debt securities, common stock, preferred stock, depository shares, warrants and guarantees of debt securities.

Goodrich is a Houston-based crude oil and natural gas company.
